Job summary

New York Cancer & Blood Specialists in New York, NY seeks a Hematologist or Medical Oncologist specializing in malignant hematology and cellular therapy. The role will focus on lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma, and related disorders, with access to CAR-T cell therapy and bispecific antibodies in a community oncology setting.

You will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients from evaluation through therapy administration and follow-up, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible hematologist or medical oncologist.
• Direct clinical experience with CAR-T and BiTE therapies.
• Experience in hematologic malignancies (lymphoma, leukemia, myeloma).
• Knowledge of treatment planning, toxicities (CRS, ICANS, cytopenias).
• Commitment to multidisciplinary, patient-centered care and research.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients receiving CAR-T and bispecific therapies.
• Participate in treatment planning, outpatient administration, step-up dosing, monitoring, and follow-up.
• Recognize and manage toxicities including CRS, ICANS, cytopenias, infections.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, and care coordinators.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary discussions, tumor boards, and coordination of care.
• Support clinical trials and access to advanced cellular therapies.
• Support quality initiatives and expansion of treatment options.
