Job Title: Car Service Driver/Bellman – Liberty Hill

Department: Transportation

Reports to: Transportation Director

Responsibilities

Car Service

• Safely transport hotel guests and members to and from designated locations.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all traffic laws and company transportation policies.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and personal belongings.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and fill out car service chits.
• Follow all rules and house policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Other duties are to be determined.

Bellman

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.
• Shuttle guests back and forth from the Lodge, Golf Club and Lafayette complex.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services.
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Ensure a positive first and last impression for all guests.

Requirements
