Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking energetic Car Sales Representatives to join our top-volume team in St. Louis. This role offers full-time hours with commission-based pay and a guaranteed draw during training to help you get started.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicle lineup, including features and technology.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and assist customers with test drives.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and other dealership communication systems.
• Work with sales management to achieve individual performance goals.
• Provide a friendly, professional customer experience from start to finish.
