Job summary

Hertz-1 in Indianapolis, IN seeks an Automotive Lot Associate to manage vehicle flow, inventory checks, and logging arrivals in the fleet system. You’ll ensure front-line readiness with pricing stickers and maintain an attractive sales lot.

You will oversee the back overflow lot, shuttle cars to vendors, assist with dealer trades, and support fuel logs and reports for the Location Manager. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Must have scheduling flexibility including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of cars, inventory management checking and logging in new arrivals and enter correct status in the fleet computer system.
• Lot merchandising to ensure vehicles are front line ready with correct pricing stickers, buyers guides and frame plates.
• Parking and aligning cars and maintaining a presentable sales lot.
• Manage the back-overflow lot, shuttle cars to vendors, assist with dealer trades and pick up customers when needed.
• Assist with maintaining fuel logs and other reports requested by the Location Manager; filing reports as needed.
