Tim Dahle Automotive is seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales team. You’ll engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through test drives and financing options.

No prior automotive sales experience is required; training is provided. We offer performance-based pay with potential to $100K+ annually, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path for career advancement within the dealership group.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Assist customers through the sales process, including financing and paperwork.
• Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and other dealership departments.
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, incentives, and inventory.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
