MileOne Autogroup is seeking an ambitious F&I Manager to train under our program and lead the dealership’s finance and insurance processes. You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to hit F&I goals and drive profitability, while building strong lender and manufacturer relationships.

Experience in commission-based sales, automotive retail, and F&I software (CDK/RouteOne/eLeads) is highly valued. This full-time role offers pathways for advancement and a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a commission-based sales role.
• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• CDK, RouteOne or eLeads experience preferred.
• Ability to complete retail deliveries and required paperwork.
• Ability to lead sales staff to improve profitability.
• Basic MS Office knowledge and general computer skills.
• High administrative quotient with strong sales abilities.

Finance Manager Responsibilities:

• Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries
• Generate additional income through sales of insurance, vehicles, service contracts and maintenance plans
• Benchmark each dealership’s production goals with cooperation of the General Manager to measure growth and achievement of dealerships F&I goals
• Maintain a good working relationship with several finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to ensure the best relationships with internal and external customers
• Efficiently process bank and lease contracts digitally via e-contracting
• Answer incoming phone calls and reply to voicemails in a reasonable and timely manner

Finance Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a commission based sales position
• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• CDK, RouteOne, eLeads experience preferred
• Ability to deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperwork
• Ability to lead sales staff, including management, to improve profitability and meet or exceed established goals
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills
• Must operate with a high administrative quotient while also possessing strong sales skills
