Job summary

Hennessy is seeking a sales associate to deliver an excellent customer experience and guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing process at our Woodstock, GA location. You will greet customers, qualify needs, present options, arrange test drives, and finalize paperwork with a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.

The role supports a five-day work week with substantial commission potential and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Ability to work every Saturday.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Must submit to a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the buying process with established selling steps and policies.
• Greet and qualify customers by understanding buyers' requirements and interests.
• Write sales orders and process paperwork in dealership policy.
• Utilize dealership sales controls and follow-up systems.
• Offer test drives to customers and verify identification prior to test drive.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits and describe optional equipment for purchase.
• Maintain customer satisfaction rating at or above Company standards.
• Ensure the sales manager meets each customer and follows up for repeat business.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
