Job summary

Hennessy Land Rover Buckhead is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing journey. You will greet, qualify, and assist customers, write sales orders, and use our follow-up systems to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include presenting vehicle features, arranging test drives, ensuring compliance with dealership policies, and delivering vehicles with clear explanations of warranties and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a structured process-driven environment.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the buying process with established selling steps and dealership policies.
• Greet and qualify customers by understanding their requirements and interests.
• Prepare and process sales orders and paperwork according to dealership policies.
• Utilize dealership CRM and follow-up systems to maintain customer relations.
• Offer test drives and ensure proper identification before test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, and optional equipment to customers.
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings in line with company standards.
• Relay information to the sales manager to ensure every customer is seen.
• Develop and maintain a follow-up system to generate repeat and referral business.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranties, and paperwork to customers.
