Job summary

Hennessy Cadillac is seeking a sales associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide buyers through the car purchasing process. You will work with established selling steps, greet customers, and handle paperwork while providing product knowledge and test drive opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the buying process with established selling steps and dealership policies.
• Greet and qualify customers by understanding buyers' requirements and interests.
• Write sales orders and process paperwork per dealership procedures.
• Use dealership sales controls and follow-up systems.
• Offer test drives and obtain proper identification prior to test drive.
• Explain product performance and benefits and describe optional equipment.
