Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and making recommendations.
• Identify renters’ needs and upsell upgrades and additional services.
• Assist with daily operations while representing the brand professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure a great guest experience.
