Midwestern Wheels, Inc. is hiring at multiple Avis Budget Car Rental locations in Wisconsin. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, recognizing renters’ needs, and recommending upgrades and services.

You’ll assist with daily operations, represent the brand with integrity, and work with a team to provide the best guest experience. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with uncapped incentive bonuses based on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales preferred.

• Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and good driving record.

What You’ll Do:

• Delivering outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing knowledgeable recommendations
• Showcase your passion for sales by identifying renters’ needs and recommending relevant upgrades and additional services
• Assist with daily operations while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity
• Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly and create the best possible guest experience
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed—every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or related fields
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total earning potential: $50,000–$60,000 per year
  (Hourly base pay plus uncapped incentive bonuses for sales upgrades and additional services)
• Pay differential for nights and weekends

• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and reservation software.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Minimum age of 18 and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
