Job summary

Midwestern Wheels, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused sales/CSR associate at our Wisconsin locations.

You’ll deliver outstanding service, assess renters’ needs, and upsell upgrades and services while supporting daily operations and representing the Avis Budget Group brand with integrity. We offer a competitive total earnings package of $50,000–$60,000 per year, with hourly base pay plus uncapped incentive bonuses for upgrades and added services, along with benefits and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets is desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18+ with valid Wisconsin driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and answer questions.
• Identify renters' needs and upsell upgrades and services.
• Assist with daily operations and brand representation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and guest experience.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
