Job summary

Carvana is hiring entry-level Lot Attendants to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our vehicle inventory across Market Hubs. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

The position offers a starting hourly rate of $15 with growth opportunities through performance-based pay increases up to $16 and a Careers Not Jobs program. PTO and paid holidays, including your birthday, are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Perform multi-point inventory inspections including fuel level, safety features, and proper disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Interact with team members and management across the business.
