Job summary

Carvana is hiring entry-level Lot Attendants to keep vehicles in pristine condition at Market Hubs. This full-time role involves inspecting, washing, and arranging inventory while coordinating with teammates to ensure timely deliveries and top customer satisfaction.

Starting at $15/hour with staged increases to $16/hour over 12 months, the program offers four merit-based raises every year, plus a birthday holiday and paid time off. Apply today!

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent desirable.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and use safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Perform multi-point inspections on arriving inventory (fuel, safety features, drivability, disclosures).
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Communicate with team members and management across the business; maintain attendance.
