Job summary

Carvana is hiring entry-level Lot Attendants to maintain vehicle appearance at our Market Hubs. You’ll help ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction while coordinating with teammates to support daily operations.

The role is part-time with PTO, paid holidays, and a birthday holiday. The pay starts at $15 per hour with a path to $16 per hour and quarterly merit increases through a Careers Not Jobs program, alongside growth opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority of lifting knee to shoulder heights.
• Requires standing for extended periods and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Perform multi-point inspections including fuel level, safety features, and disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Interact with team members and management regularly.
• Adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
