Job summary

Carvana is seeking entry-level Lot Attendants to keep vehicles clean and presentable at Market Hubs. You’ll coordinate with teammates to ensure timely deliveries and top customer satisfaction, while handling inspections and daily vehicle upkeep.

The role offers a clear career path with performance-based pay growth. Starting pay is $17/hour, with a structured raise schedule up to $18/hour over the first year.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; lifting from knee to shoulder heights.
• Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
• Requires standing for an extended period with bending, walking and manual dexterity.
• Must work outdoors in all weather conditions and wear safety gear.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory including fuel level, safety features, and disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Interact and communicate with team members and management across all lines of business.
• Adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
