Job summary

Carvana is seeking entry-level Lot Attendants to maintain vehicle appearance and assist with timely deliveries at Market Hubs. The role emphasizes teamwork, attendance, and customer satisfaction as part of our expanding operation.

You will help inspect, wash, and display vehicles while following safety protocols. The position offers a starting pay of $15 per hour with staged increases up to $16 per hour over 12 months and regular merit opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels.
• Requires standing for extended periods and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Complete multi-point inspection including fuel level, safety features, and disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors.
• Interact with team members and management across the business.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
