Job summary

Carvana is hiring entry-level Lot Attendants to maintain cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at Market Hubs. You will coordinate with teammates to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

This full-time position offers a competitive starting hourly rate and growth opportunities through a merit-based Careers Not Jobs program. Starting pay is $15/hr with progression up to $16/hr over the first year, plus a yearly 0.25 increase every 90 days under the program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; lifting from knee to shoulder heights.
• Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
• Requires standing for extended periods with varied conditions and PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory (fuel level, safety features, drivability, disclosures).
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Interact with team members and management across all lines of business.
• Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
