Responsibilities:

• Cheerfully welcome guests upon entrance and begin the reception process.
• Meet, greet, provide information, and direct our service guest to the appropriate service advisor.
• Look for opportunities to assist and wow customers making their experience pleasant and memorable.
• Be available and ready to assist, eagerly looking for ways to be helpful to all.
• Look for opportunity to keep grounds neat and clean.
• Understand customer’s non-vehicle needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the dealership.
• Arrange off-site accommodation, transportation etc. upon request from guests.
• Quickly, politely, and accurately determine appropriate routing for customer inquiries.
• Assist with technology or any questions from customer new car delivery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License -Required.
