Responsibilities

• Understanding and applying buying / sales principles and customer service practices.
• Working in a call center answering calls and data enter.
• Communicating effectively with customers, peers, and management.
• Maintaining a customer service focus and responding flexibly to the needs of the business.
• Working as part of a team and taking initiative independent of direct supervision.
• Handling physical demands of the role, including constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing throughout the day, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English language; bi-lingual is preferred but not required.
