Job summary

U Pull R Parts in Minnesota is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to be the front line of our team, delivering high-quality customer service and leading our sales staff. You will maintain store appearance, introduce additional buying opportunities, and ensure a positive customer experience.

We value forward-thinking and the ability to coach a team on best selling practices. Knowledge of automotive parts is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient in verbal and written English language.
• Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management.
• Ability to multi-task, be attentive to customers and remain flexible to the needs of the business.
• Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Front counter staffing while delivering high level of customer service
• System entry of customer data, part sale data and warranty information
• Maintaining store appearance and introducing additional buying opportunities to customers
• Coaching team on selling practices and customer service
• Performing opening and closing duties
• Providing support and leadership to sales staff
