Honda of Marysville is seeking motivated applicants for Car Biller and Title Clerk positions. We focus on growing with our team and equipping employees to succeed, delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lifelong relationships. Full-time, Mon-Fri 7:30am–4:30pm, on-site.

Car Billers and Title Clerks ensure dealership adherence to Accounting and Compliance policies in the deal process. Responsibilities include audits, journal entries, title transfers, and month-end

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership accounting workflows.
• Proficient with DMS systems and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Audits un-booked car deals daily for compliance.
• Communicates issues to Office Manager/Finance Manager/Sales Managers.
• Reviews Accounting Schedules and posts journal entries.
• Maintains notes in the Management and Reporting Platform.
• Processes car deal related accounting functions.
• Transfers title work for retail deals per guidelines.
• Post wholesale deals and prepare title work for receiving entity.
• Performs Month End Book reconciliations as assigned.
