Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist in Buford, GA to acquire inventory by purchasing customer vehicles. You will engage private sellers through calls, online leads, and walk-ins, schedule appraisals, and ensure a smooth ¡We'll Buy Your Car¡ process with rapid payment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Extremely self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience using technology and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming leads via AutoNation and third-party sites, by phone, internet and walk-in traffic.
• Uses available resources to identify and engage private parties selling their vehicle.
• Sets up appointments for dealership visits for appraisal.
• Executes the AutoNation We'll Buy Your Car Same-Day Payment process.
• Reviews vehicle condition reports and inspects vehicles onsite.
• Interacts with customers throughout the day in person and over the phone.
• Refer customers preferring trade-in to the sales team when appropriate.
