Job summary

Capturis, part of the Conservice family, seeks a Client Representative in Mandan, ND to be the primary contact for clients. You will resolve concerns, monitor issues, and propose system improvements while communicating effectively and maintaining accountability.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to prioritize, and independent decision-making. In-office with an option for hybrid after training, you will support clients and collaborate with internal teams.

Schedule: 6 AM - 3 PM CST, 7 AM -4 PM CST, 8-5 PM CST

Overview

Client Representatives are the main point of contact for all of our clients. They effectively and efficiently resolve all client concerns by closely monitoring issue trends, consistently proposing system improvements, expertly communicating with clients, and strategically delegating to other team members. We value analytical thinking, so you will need to be able to independently reason and make unaided decisions. If you love working with clients, have excellent communication skills, are self-accountable, like to be challenged, and are looking to use your skills in a professional environment, then this position is for you!
