Quotient is seeking a Capture & Proposal Manager to drive business capture efforts and manage proposal writing for federal and commercial clients. Compensation Range: $90,000 - $130,000 annually

Position Overview:
The Capture & Proposal Manager will direct and manage business capture activities to achieve budget and growth expectations for the division. This position will be a core team member in delivering our proven IT solutions expertise to our federal and commercial customers.
In addition to traditional capture responsibilities, this role will also serve as a Proposal Writer and primary author for proposal content. Initially, proposal writing will be the main job function. They will be responsible for developing compelling and compliant proposal content, and will support sourcing efforts for staff augmentation projects, identifying and engaging qualified candidates to meet client needs.
