StratasCorp Technologies has an immediate vacancy for a Capture & Proposal Lead. You will work with stakeholders to drive business development processes in collaboration with our Growth lead and solution team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing capture strategies to secure new and re-compete contracts.
  • Creating win strategies, themes, shaping, teaming, and pricing strategies, and providing bid/no-bid recommendations to leadership.
  • Managing the execution of capture pursuits, tracking performance, coordinating proposal reviews, organizing SharePoint, and communicating status to leadership.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external customers and partners.
  • Shaping opportunities and our position throughout the opportunity lifecycle to increase the probability of win.
  • Developing and managing value-added teaming strategies and competitive pricing structures for profitable wins.
  • Contributing to marketing strategies and plans aligned with the company's strategic direction.
  • Bringing 10+ years of experience in growth organizations, including capture, proposal management, and business development.
  • Having success in leading $50-$300M opportunities.
  • Possessing a strong background in IT services, DevSecOps/Software development, Cloud, and Cyber solutions.
  • Experience with B&P investments.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams through collaboration.
