Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management; CPCU or ARM a plus.
• 3–5 years in commercial insurance, with underwriting/risk management experience.
• Solid grounding in Property & Casualty, workers' compensation, commercial auto, and general liability.

Responsibilities

• Lead client & broker relationship management; drive business development for assigned captives.
• Develop renewals and proposals; explain program mechanics to clients and brokers.
• Drive client stewardship and deliver high-quality service; maintain strong broker relationships.
