Prior internship in captive industry or CPA firm is a plus. The role can be hybrid from any Hylant office location or 100% remote, with exposure to billing, premium tracking, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate billing for management and consulting.
• Timely and accurate premium tracking for clients.
• Effective communication with clients and other service providers to ensure regulatory compliance for the captive entity.
• Strong time management to handle a portfolio of captive clients with competing deadlines.
• Collaborate with other captive professionals and provide RFP/client prospect support.
• Internal training and communications support.
