Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager to support a portfolio of captive clients within the Global Captive Solutions Team. The ideal candidate has a business/risk/accounting background, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Experience in captive industry internships or CPA firms is a plus.

This role offers hybrid work from any Hylant office location or 100% remote options, with opportunities to develop in a respected, people-first firm since 1935.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Analytical mindset with initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Timely and accurate billing for management and consulting.
• Timely and accurate premium tracking for clients.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage a portfolio of captive clients with competing deadlines.
• Collaborate with captive professionals and support RFP/client presentations.
• Contribute to internal training and communications.
