Job summary

Executive Wings, operated by Siam Land Flying Co., Ltd., seeks a Pilot in Command with ATPL and over 2,000 total flight hours for our Bangkok operations. The role requires 1,500+ hours in multi-engine jet/turboprop and a current Class 1 Medical Certificate, with strong leadership and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, flight coordination, and mentoring as Ground/Flight Instructor as needed, with opportunities for professional development and recurrent training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • Valid ATPL with extensive flight experience.
  • Total flight hours >2000 including 1500+ hours in multi-engine jet/turboprop.
  • PIC hours and medical certificate current.
  • ICAO English Proficiency Level 4+.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Pilot in Command and conduct duties per company standards and regs.
  • Ensure safety and security of passengers, crew, aircraft and operations.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment for flight safety and decision‑making.
  • Report operational, safety, or compliance concerns promptly.
  • Maintain required flight and operational documentation per OM.
  • Monitor licenses, medicals, training records, and visas.
  • Conduct pre/post-flight procedures per OM and AFM.
  • Perform Ground Instructor and Flight Instructor duties as assigned.
  • Support continuous improvement for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Take on additional duties per Head of Flight Operations.

  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew members, aircraft, and all persons involved in flight operations.
  • Exercise sound judgment and decision-making to maintain the highest level of flight safety.
  • Report any operational, safety, or compliance concerns in a timely manner.
  • Complete and maintain all required flight and operational documentation accurately and in accordance with the Operations Manual (OM).
  • Monitor and maintain the validity of flight licenses, medical certificates, training records, passports, visas, and other required qualifications.
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight procedures in accordance with the Operations Manual (OM), Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM), and applicable regulations.
  • Perform duties as a Ground Instructor and Flight Instructor, as assigned.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including operational efficiency, performance enhancement, and cost‑saving measures.
  • Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by the Head of Flight Operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
  • Total flight hours more than 2,000 hours, including 1,500 hours in Multi‑Engine Jet/turboprop, and a minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
  • Current and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, flight operations, and aeronautical decision‑making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • No criminal record.
  • No history of aviation incidents or accidents attributable to pilot negligence.
  • Exempt from military service requirements (where applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current or previous King Air 350 Type Rating.
  • Experience in corporate aviation, charter operations, or business jet operations.
  • Experience as a Ground Instructor and/or Flight Instructor.
