Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Valid CPL with Instrument Rating and Multi-Engine Rating.
• Frozen ATPL status required for CPL holders per CAAT.
• Current and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and flight operations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to operational requirements.
• No criminal record and no aviation incidents attributable to pilot negligence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations.
• Coordinate, review, and verify flight plans, flight packages, weather information, and operational requirements prior to departure.
• Perform duties as Second-in-Command (SIC) in accordance with company standards and regulations.
• Ensure safety and security of passengers, crew, aircraft, and operation staff.
• Report operational, safety, security, or compliance concerns promptly.
• Maintain validity of licenses, medical certificates, training records, passports, and visas.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight duties per OM, AFM, and regulations.
• Assist in flight documentation, ground coordination, refueling supervision, radio communications, cockpit prep.
• Support improvements for operational efficiency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties as directed by Head of Flight Operations.

The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of flight operations, ensuring adherence to applicable aviation regulations, company policies, and operational procedures while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations.
• Coordinate, review, and verify flight plans, flight packages, weather information, and operational requirements prior to departure.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities as Second-in-Command (SIC) in accordance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and operating procedures.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew members, aircraft, and all personnel involved in flight operations.
• Report any operational, safety, security, or compliance concerns promptly and through the appropriate channels.
• Maintain the validity of all required licenses, medical certificates, training records, passports, visas, and other operational qualifications.
• Conduct pre‑flight and post‑flight duties in accordance with the Operations Manual (OM), Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM), and applicable regulations.
• Assist in flight documentation, ground coordination, refueling supervision, radio communications, and cockpit preparation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, safety performance, and cost effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by the Head of Flight Operations.
