The role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and CRM skills, with the ability to travel internationally. Bachelor’s degree is preferred and large-cabin experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leadership, communication, decision-making, and CRM skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience operating large-cabin and international aircraft is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of flight as Pilot-in-Command with strong judgment and operational control.
• Champion safety and regulatory compliance; participate in SMS.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning including airworthiness, docs, weather, NOTAMs, fuel, weight and balance.
