Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a safety-focused Pilot-in-Command (Captain) to lead corporate flight operations from our Charlotte, NC on-site location. You will serve as final authority for aircraft operations, delivering exceptional service while prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance.

You will report directly to the Chief Pilot, overseeing flight leadership, preflight planning, crew management, and post-flight safety reporting in a dynamic global business aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Meet all applicable certificates, medical, qualification, training, and flight-time requirements.
• Hold qualifications necessary to operate assigned aircraft and missions.
• Possess strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and crew resource management skills.
• Be willing and able to travel internationally as required by the business, and possess or be eligible to obtain any necessary visas or passports for travel.

Responsibilities

• Flight Leadership and Operational Control: maintain oversight of flight operations and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Preflight Planning and Preparation: verify airworthiness, weather, fuel, weight, and documentation.
• Crew and Passenger Management: ensure crew fitness, conduct safety briefings, deliver professional service.
• Flight Operations: comply with regulations, SOPs, and aircraft limitations; coordinate with ATC and support.
• Post-Flight and Safety Reporting: complete reports, log times, and raise safety concerns.
