Formación

• Ten years of full-time paid public law enforcement experience.
• Includes at least two years as a Lieutenant with the Washoe County Sheriff's Office.
• Active Nevada driver’s license and POST certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage one or more units within the Bureau, overseeing programs, budget, staff assignments, and personnel issues.
• Lead with accountability and coach lieutenants and other supervisors.
• Plan, prioritize and delegate projects; adapt to changing agency needs.
• Ensure compliance with WCSD policies and foster cross-department collaboration.
