Healsee Capsules, Inc. in Bessemer City, NC is seeking a Capsule Operator for a full-time, 12-hour rotating shift (2-2-3).

The role involves pre-start checks, preparing capsule solutions, monitoring production, and maintaining shift records, with company-paid international training and travel to China for training. Eligible candidates should have manufacturing experience in relevant production environments, and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical/food environments preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for training (~45 days).
• Eligibility to obtain US passport and Chinese visa.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-start checks and startup operations.
• Prepare glue/gel solutions for capsule production.
• Monitor equipment to ensure continuous and stable production.
• Conduct daily inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Identify and report equipment or product issues promptly.
• Measure product parameters and inspect for quality defects.
• Maintain accurate production and shift handoff documentation.
• Perform inventory counts of production parts and materials.
• Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and sanitation requirements.
