Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, sanitize, and perform routine maintenance on capsule machines.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitary; complete cleaning logs.
• Follow production specs from work orders and Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs).
• Load materials and adjust machine settings to meet production requirements.
• Conduct test runs and ongoing quality checks to verify product conformity to specifications.
• Monitor machine operations, identify and resolve issues, and report malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Inspect and remove defective capsules; document production data, including output quantities and rejects.
• Handle and transfer finished capsules safely to drying or storage areas, ensuring all containers are properly covered.
• Meet or exceed established production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
