Job summary

HEALSEE CAPSULES INCORPORATED in Bessemer City, NC is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to reinforce manufacturing quality. The role involves inspecting capsules, monitoring GMP, and maintaining QA records. Travel for international training is required at employment start.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food production environments).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and warm, humid conditions.
• Ability to follow SOPs, GMP standards, and quality procedures.
• Basic computer and documentation skills required.
• Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. passport and Chinese visa.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training in China (~45 days).

Responsibilities

• Inspect capsule appearance, dimensions, weight, and moisture content during production.
• Perform in-process inspections and release in-process products.
• Collect, sort, and package product samples for testing and retention.
• Monitor GMP compliance and critical control points throughout production.
• Inspect cleanroom and production areas for sanitation and procedural compliance.
• Identify and report quality concerns, defects, or non-conformances.
• Maintain accurate QA documentation and inspection records.
• Support overall product quality, safety, and manufacturing compliance.

Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Bessemer City, NC
Pay: Based on experience

Status:Full-time
Hours: 12-hour shift

Schedule:2-2-3 rotating shifts (work only 15 days per month)

Company-paid international training: travel, hotel accommodation, and per-diem

US Passport and Chinese Visa costs reimbursed by employer. Must be able to travel to China for an estimated 45 days for training upon hire.

What You’ll Do
