Job summary

Chi-Chack LLC seeks a Program Lead-Capstone Exercise to manage DIA/JMAS capstone activities at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, VA. You will supervise contractor staff, coordinate with the government, and ensure safe, compliant operations for the capstone program.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has 10+ years in a Defense environment, with prior JMAS instructional or OPSCO roles and a background in adult learning and accreditation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant DoD/training background.
• Ten years in a Defense environment and prior JMAS instructional experience.
• Experience coordinating Capstone exercises and accreditation activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of all personnel on the task and liaise with government.
• Serve as Project Lead, Capstone Lead, and instructor for exercise blocks; coordinate with agencies.
• Oversee schedule development for ATP capstone support, including training weeks and exercise weeks.
• Ensure clear communications on work hours, leave, and personnel issues with contractor staff.
• Support accreditation activities with COE/IACET/ACE and JMAS curriculum reviews.
