Job summary

LIFE BALANCE LLC is seeking a Compliance & Accreditation Manager to oversee the organization’s compliance program, CARF accreditation readiness, and staff training coordination. The role focuses on licensing, accreditation standards, policies, and documentation to ensure regulatory alignment and proactive risk management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable licensing requirements.
• Coordinate preparation for licensing inspections, surveys, audits, and other regulatory reviews.
• Coordinate staff training and documentation related to licensing and CARF standards.
• Track licensing, certifications, renewals, inspections, and deadlines.
• Maintain organized CAMR/ CARF documentation and readiness for surveys.
• Identify gaps and work with leadership to implement corrective actions.
• Monitor CARF requirements and ensure policies and procedures align with standards.
• Develop and manage staff training and competency programs.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
