Job summary

Raytheon (RTX) in Massachusetts is seeking a Test Equipment Program Lead with at least eight years of hardware engineering experience. This on-site role focuses on capital TE scope and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead multiple capital projects from TE Startup to Factory Deployment, drive long-range planning, and align with program and business-unit objectives. Join a hands-on, multi-discipline team at the Sensor Test Solutions Center supporting production and engineering test

Qualifications

Eight years of hardware engineering experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple capital projects from TE Startup to Factory Deployment.
Understand scope, factory and program needs of capital programs.
Drive and be involved in long range planning for capital TE.
Lead capital TE proposal efforts supporting the Engineering / Operations Long Range Plan.
Follow TS EAC process for capital scope execution and metric generation.
Lead by example, adhere to, and ensure alignment with Raytheon values and behaviors.
Collaborate with multi-discipline teams in the operation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems.
Provide independent business health checks by evaluating capital execution metrics.
Involvement in TS Center initiatives.
Interact with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Cross Product Team Leads, as well as other functional management to drive results to achieve program and business unit objectives.
