Job summary

Procter & Gamble Auburn Plant seeks a Capital Systems Support role to assist the site Capital Systems Manager and Capital Cost Controller in managing capital and fixed asset systems. You will advise on MAGICS and SAFE guidelines to ensure stewardship policy compliance.

Responsibilities include SAP reporting, depreciation forecasting, asset tagging, and supporting audits and monthly capital reviews. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is required; strong communication and organizational skills are

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Execute SAP reports to determine status of capital projects.
• Maintain spreadsheets to aid capital cash forecasting.
• Support depreciation forecasting, FADO accounting, and GMC forecasting as needed.
• Enter STEAM approval requests and build WBS structures for funded projects in SAP and eTrending.
• Coordinate asset tagging and update Fixed Asset Register.
• Perform periodic asset audits for MAGICS toolkit testing to ensure SAFE adherence.
• Participate in monthly Capital reviews to discuss forecast information.
• Ensure capital requisitions meet site policy requirements.
• Collaborate with BSS and Coupa resources for issue resolution.
• Support the Capital KEA and MAGICS/GIA audits.
