Job summary

Guggenheim Securities, based in New York, is seeking Analysts to join the Capital Structure Advisory Group. You will identify, research and analyze liability management opportunities and develop capital structure solutions for clients.

You will build, review and refine complex financial models, perform due diligence, and contribute to information memoranda and client presentations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with senior leadership.

Qualifications

Must be on track to receive a Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent degree in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
Strong finance knowledge and technical ability with solid modeling skills.
Interest in liability management, restructuring and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

Identify, research and analyze liability management, restructuring, distressed M&A and financing opportunities.
Evaluate and develop capital structure solutions and strategic alternatives for clients.
Develop, maintain and review complex financial models and valuation analyses.
Perform client due diligence.
Prepare information memoranda and other transaction-related documentation.
Contribute to client presentations and support deal teams in modeling.
