Job summary

Setpoint is seeking a detail-oriented professional to own the accuracy of the Capital OS application across asset classes and clients. You will parse complex legal agreements, creating a trusted source for engineers and product managers during implementation and development.

Collaborating with Product and Engineering team leads, you will oversee onboarding processes, coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to ensure smooth client adoption and timely issue resolution for reporting

Qualifications

2–4 years of FP&A, asset-backed lending, or debt capital market experience.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and meet deadlines in high-pressure situations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expert status in Excel

Responsibilities

Own the accuracy of Capital OS application across asset classes and clients.
Parse legal agreements and create a source of truth for engineers and product managers as part of product implementation and development.
Work closely with Product and Engineering team leads.
Manage operational processes to efficiently onboard software clients, coordinating with Engineering, Product and Legal teams.
Interact with clients to resolve reporting discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
Represent the voice of the customer in internal product communications.
