Job summary

ATX Venture Partners is hiring a Capital Solutions Associate in Austin, Texas. In this role, you'll drive the creation of tech solutions for asset-backed credit, working closely with product and engineering teams. Your tasks will include ensuring the accuracy of the Capital OS application and managing operational processes to onboard clients. A successful candidate will possess 2-4 years of relevant experience and excel in analytical problem-solving skills. Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of FP&A, asset backed lending or debt capital market experience required.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and meet deadlines in high-pressure situations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills necessary.
• Expert status in Excel is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy of Setpoint’s Capital OS application across asset classes and clients.
• Parse legal agreements and establish accurate sources for product development.
• Manage processes to efficiently onboard software clients.
• Interact with clients to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Represent the voice of the customer in product communications.

What you’ll do

• Own the accuracy of Setpoint’s Capital OS application across asset classes and clients
• Parse legal agreements and create a source of truth for engineers and product managers as part of product implementation and development
• Work closely with Product and Engineering team leads
• Manage operational processes to efficiently onboard software clients, coordinating with Engineering, Product and Legal teams
• Interact with clients to resolve reporting discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner
• Represent the voice of the customer in internal product communications

You should have

• 2 - 4 years of FP&A, asset backed lending or debt capital market experience
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and meet deadlines in high‑pressure situations
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Expert status in Excel

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 dependent on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
