Job summary

Atlantic-Pacific Capital seeks Analysts and Associates to originate and execute transactions across secondary advisory mandates and capital raises for direct investments. You will work in small deal teams, taking on meaningful responsibility from mandate evaluation to investor engagement and closing.

As part of Capital Solutions, you will perform due diligence, prepare CIMs and investor presentations, build financial models, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or secondary advisory is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent mandates and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial advisory and capital-raising processes for secondary and direct investment mandates.
• Prepare confidential information memorandums, investor presentations, teasers, and pitches.
• Develop and refine transaction models and investor materials.
• Coordinate investor engagement and diligence materials through closing.
• Collaborate with Capital Solutions, Primary Fund Placement, and Distribution teams.
