Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a highly analytical Risk Solutions Analyst in New York to support the development, evaluation, and execution of innovative insurance and reinsurance structures across CRC Group. The Analyst will build and maintain financial models, evaluate underwriting portfolio performance, and communicate conclusions to senior leadership and capacity partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in Insurance Reinsurance Data Analytics.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and familiarity with Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Posit.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends and insights.
• Experience with financial models and data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in capital solutions and transaction analytics.
• Analyze underwriting portfolio performance and capital efficiency.
• Support diligence with reinsurers, carriers, investors and partners.
• Develop market analyses and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, finance, data analytics and operations.
