• Ensure compliance with Fluor processes and project plans.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to optimize productivity and costs.
• Provide leadership to supervisors, safety, quality, and support staff.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate project performance and risks to stakeholders.
