Qualifications

• High School Graduate with relevant administrative experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, or Management or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Administrative and/or supervisory experience is desirable.
• 3+ years healthcare experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with data compilation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and organizes data to support Operations Project Managers in analyzing operations, logistics, and financial information.
• Monitors scope, budget, and timeline for capital projects as assigned by the Operations Project Director.
• Facilitates initiation of approved capital projects with the Operations Project Managers.
• Coordinates capital authorization processes and keeps stakeholders informed of approvals.
• Maintains and administers the e-Builder system for assigned areas.
• Tracks procurement activity and publishes the Capital Tracking Sheet.
