Job summary

The University of New England seeks a Project Manager II to lead the Capital Additions, Replacements, and Renewals program and oversee capital construction projects, using FCI data to guide investments and reduce deferred maintenance. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
At least seven years’ experience managing institutional or commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and annual update of the CARR program to align with goals and funding.
Oversee multi‑year capital renewal strategy using FCI and equipment data.
Collaborate with Facilities, Finance, and Campus Planning to translate condition data into prioritized investment plans.
Develop project scoring and selection criteria for transparent decisions.
Manage project delivery, budgets, schedules, and procurement with internal teams and external partners.
Monitor progress and KPIs to ensure timely completion and long-term stewardship.
