  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • At least seven years’ experience managing institutional or commercial construction projects.
  • Knowledge of building codes, systems operation, and design; professional certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and annual update of the CARR program to align with goals and funding.
  • Oversee multi‑year capital renewal strategy using FCI and equipment data.
  • Collaborate with Facilities, Finance, and Campus Planning to translate condition data into prioritized investment plans.
  • Develop project scoring and selection criteria for transparent decisions.
  • Manage project delivery, budgets, schedules, and procurement with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor progress and KPIs to ensure timely completion and long-term stewardship.
