Job summary

Cyclic Materials Inc. is seeking a Capital Procurement Coordinator to drive requisitions through delivery. You will support the Capital Procurement team by keeping records, coordinating vendors, and reporting on milestones.

You will help improve workflows and provide documentation for ERP changes while working closely with sourcing and engineering teams to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of procurement, project coordination, or supply chain experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Capital project exposure.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Administration: Issue RFQs and purchase orders; maintain records in our ERP.
• Expediting: monitor vendor delivery, follow up on manufacturing progress, coordinate logistics updates.
• Project Coordination: support procurement planning meetings, track approvals and documentation.
• Vendor Support: assist with vendor onboarding and documentation; maintain records.
• Process Improvement: identify procurement workflow improvements and assist ERP enhancements.
